Gladys was born and raised in Houston, Texas.  She currently attends the University of Houston where she is on the Dean’s List pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.  Gladys handles everything in the office, including bookkeeping, case management, medical records, calendaring, and technology.  In her spare time, Gladys likes to travel, spend time with her two Chihuahuas, works out, and explores the city.
